Selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition – the world’s oldest and longest-running open-submission show at the Royal Academy of Arts. Vanessa’s work stands among thousands of entries competing for a place on its iconic walls.

A benchmark of contemporary practice, the exhibition has showcased artists from J. M. W. Turner c. 1790 to current day Tracey Emin.

Vanessa has been selected three times (2020, 2024, 2025) and is shortlisted again this year with her painting Brothers.
